Do you have questions? Questions about faith, hope, evil, life, death, the Bible, God, Jesus? Maybe you’ve carried these questions for a long time.
We’d like to invite you to a series of group conversations that explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment. Everyone’s welcome. No matter your background or beliefs, you’re invited. This is the place where you can ask questions.
The Alpha Course
For 11 weeks starting in January we’ll be holding weekly discussions at St Peter’s church. Each session will involve sharing food together (provided by us), watching a short video, then discussing the issues raised. We’ll be covering, among other things:
- Why am I here?
- Why is there so much evil in the world?
- What’s so important about the Bible?
- Who was Jesus?
You don’t need any previous experience of church or any special knowledge to attend – everyone is welcome. There is also no cost, you will be our guest.
There are 12 sessions, including an Away Day on Saturday 8th March. The venue for this full-day session is to be arranged, we will provide transport for everyone attending. The sessions will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in St Peter’s church on these dates:
