DESCRIPTION:We regret to announce that the Swing Band Concert planned for 
 next Saturday (21st March) has been postponed due to precautions with rega
 rd to the Covid-19 pandemic.\n\nRefunds are available or tickets may be ke
 pt for the rescheduled concert.\n\nWe are very pleased to welcome back the
  Musica Youth Jazz (MYJ) to St Peters. Their previous concert back in June
  2015 was a fantastic event\, with the band filling the church with jazz a
 nd nearly lifting the roof off!\n\nThe band has recently been recognised a
 s one of the finest jazz ensembles in the country\, being selected to play
  at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the Music for Youth Proms.\
 n\n\n\nMYJ will be playing a selection of tunes from across the big band r
 epertoire\, from swinging standards and mellow ballads\, to funky grooves 
 and Latin American favourites.\n\nTickets are £8 (£5 concessions - retir
 ees and students) which includes a complementary glass of wine or fruit ju
 ice\, or refreshing cup of tea or coffee. Doors open at 7PM and we recomme
 nd getting to the church in plenty of time as seats will fill up quickly!\
